Property Investment Services will assess the suitability of all prospective tenants - the right tenant for the right property

A full referencing service is undertaken.

Not until all prerequisites are satisfied will the tenancy be recommended.

A programme of site inspections is arranged to ensure the Tenancy Agreement is being strictly adhered to.
